All about our battles!
Rt 4 LIVE partners with 92.3 WCOL to help bring entertainment to different venues in the central Ohio area. Our purpose is to recognize local artists and provide opportunities! It is a win-win!
Battles highlight local talent who have made it through the selection process and into the semi-finals. Should they win the final battle, they will perform live at a designated venue, opening for a national headliner.

In 2024, we added a Wild Card round to our Battle of the Bands competition! Three of our esteemed judges, Kenny Chaffin, Dan Gregory and Dane Sanzenbacher, had the chance to select one act that didn’t win their initial round to compete again and open for David Lee Murphy. This meant even more amazing talent on display and another opportunity to gather and enjoy live music.

We give back....
At each battle in 2024, we raised money for local youth non-profits. Through silent auctions, raffles and live auctions, people had the opportunity to support these wonderful programs and take home some amazing items and experiences. We gave away an OSU golf cart, concert tickets, autographed memorabilia and MORE!
